About the coffee&climate toolbox
The coffee&climate toolbox is a digital training platform for smallholder coffee farmers worldwide. It provides approved practices, so-called "tools", in the form of easy-to-use step-by-step instructions.
These tools help farmers to
- adapt their coffee production to climate change
- foster local biodiversity
- reforest areas
- create additional income sources
- improve their food security
An additional dedicated trainer section offers instruments for extensionists to holistically support farmers in achieving climate-smart coffee production.
Whether you are a farmer or a trainer, you can access the c&c toolbox online and offline via smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
The c&c toolbox is developed and implemented for the initiative for coffee&climate by Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung (HRNS) and Melting Experience GmbH.
Crafted in collaboration with farmers, agronomic experts, and researchers, the toolbox is a constantly evolving pool of science-backed guidance. It embraces the spirit of global knowledge exchange and strengthens connections between coffee farming communities.
